Our aims and purpose

Healthcare
  • Increasing the incidence of messaging services in the self-management of patients;
  • Improving patients ability to engage with and adhere better to therapies and shared health management plans;
  • Increasing the incidence of the use of messaging services in preventative and lifestyle  applications;
  • Improving relationships and contact between patients and healthcare teams;
Welfare
  • Increasing the incidence of messaging services in the support of independent living and reablement;
Education
  • Increasing the incidence of messaging services to support students in further education;
  • Increase the use of messaging services to enable improved and wider research and evaluation data collection.
We also aim to redistribute funds in the form of bursaries and assistance to drive further success via collaboration, development of best practice and shared learning in line with the Social Enterprise’s aims and purpose.

The Technology Enabled Care sector suffers from hype and mis-information, therefore we also aim to continue to exert a positive influence on the sector, championing honesty, transparency and openness.
